Located beachfront in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, this exceptional private residence is the epitome of coastal luxury. Crafted through a collaboration of a dynamic team of designers and landscapers, this stunning property was brought to life.

Pauline, in collaboration with architect Benjamin Saxe, focused on ensuring that each detail was meticulously planned and executed. She frequently visits during the construction phase to guarantee perfection.

All the outdoor furniture, crafted from aged teak, develops a gorgeous grayish faded look as it gracefully weathers. Requiring minimal maintenance, a simple application of teak oil keeps the pieces looking pristine.

Currently, Pauline is spearheading sustainable efforts, collaborating with local carpenters to produce hand-made items in Costa Rica. Her mission is to make these sustainably designed pieces accessible locally, enhancing eco-friendly, quality design options in the area.
