El Pueblo Nosara —

Previously known as Dos Lorenas, this property encompassed a hotel, restaurant, and supermarket as the heart of La Esperanza de Nosara. After being abandoned for 7 years, Nosara Design collaborated with Harmony Projects to undertake a full renovation of all three main buildings.

The aim was to create a Boutique Mall destination featuring independent retailers and restaurants, along with a common patio area for community gatherings. Throughout the renovation, the authenticity of the buildings' 25-year history was preserved.
