Utopía Escapista —

Utopia Escapista is a private residence located in the heart of Guiones Beach, Nosara. This project involved a gut renovation of an existing 4-bedroom home, completely upgrading everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms, and extending the living room and dining area.

Additionally, we built a brand new rancho structure, which includes an outdoor dining and BBQ area designed to comfortably accommodate family and guests. Inspired by the typical Costa Rican ranchos, it features natural palm materials to create an authentic and inviting atmosphere.
